25 Days of Maquillage: Day 7 -- Stila Color Me Stila App!

I remember when I had an iPhone  (why do hand-me-downs always break?!) Into the search bar would be the names of popular cosmetic brands. I searched every last app out there, hoping that I would find a makeover app featuring a favorite brand. I was thrilled when Clinique launched a skincare-weather app, but words cannot describe my feelings towards Stila's release of their new app: Color Me Stila. Except disappointment. Disappointment because I don't have an iPhone (or any i-thing with apps.)

There's no denying that virtual makeovers aren't fun. It's simply a fact. Experimenting  with various looks on herself, whether subtle or dramatic, is often a dream of girls and women every where. But I understand that not everybody has the profession (or the skills) to do such and SUCCEED every single day. Clearly, Stila understands, too. With their newest app, Color Me Stila, anything is possible.

After uploading your photo, you can "paint" on maquillage from Stila's holiday collection with your finger. Painting more increases the color's vibrancy. Factors such as glossiness and intensity can be altered with a brief tap, letting you be the makeup artist for a day!

Check out what Apple says about the app!

The Color Me Stila application allows anyone to upload their own photo and "paint" on Stila cosmetics shades by touching a part of their face, choosing a color, and drawing it.

More vibrant colors can be shown by painting multiple times, and every aspect of the shade including the intensity and gloss can be adjusted in just one click.

There are also a variety of instant looks that can be tried on.

This application was created and is powered by ModiFace.

What's New in Version 1.2

- Added Smudge Stick Waterproof Eye Liner
- New Twitter interface for iOS 5 users
- Miscellaneous improvements"

The merriest part about this app? IT'S FREE. You pay no money for an incredibly occupying app! Yay to long road trips that are no longer boring!
